What We Do: The mission of the Red Team is to inspire communities around the world to move naturally, amplify each other’s voices, and unite athletes of all kinds.
Who We Are: The Red Team is a collection of everyday, Altra-loving runners, adventurers, and triathletes driven to push their limits and love life to the fullest!
Who We Are NOT: The Red Team is a year-long commitment that will require real engagement with our brand. This means wearing your team kit, showing up to volunteer at events, and sharing the love of run and Altra with those you meet. If you are not 100% committed to the brand and our mission or are just looking for free stuff, this program is not for you.
What we ask
- Represent Altra in your community and bring others into the Altra family.
- Assist at local Altra sponsored events throughout the year.
- Display your Red Team membership on your social profiles and highlight Altra regularly.
- Wear your Altra shoes and Red Team Uniform at ALL events and races.
- Compete clean and uphold the highest standard of sportsmanship.
- Have fun, compete hard, and share the brand!

If a Red Team program is available in your country, we will email you directions on how to apply for that team.
- Applicants will be considered based on a variety of factors including community involvement, social media engagement, athletic performance, and geographical location.
- Plan on about 30 minutes to complete the application.
- Using a computer rather than a smartphone or tablet is highly recommended.
- It is strongly encouraged to make Social Media profiles public until results have been posted.
- The application deadline is November 15th at 12pm MST.
- Results will be sent out the first week of January 2021.
